This hotel really went beyond my expectations, especially considering the price paid. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to one of the more modern refurbished rooms. The room is very spacious with a big window, modern and looks beautiful. The bathroom too is modern and clean. (Just be very careful because the shower overflows easily. Also it smells good after being cleaned but after a while sometimes smells a bit like a farm because of the drains) The hotel is in a central location in Hammamet, near plenty of good restaurants and street food. The beach is 2 minutes away by foot (a beautiful sandy beach that was very quiet in may, although be aware the private beach on the listing isn't I'm action until summer) The resteraunt served excellent food, a mixture of delicious traditional Tunisian foods and other foods too, there is something for everyone. The breakfast buffet is affordable and really good. The resteraunt table cloths looked a bit dirty and inside was very dated, but outside the atmosphere is lovely and they have live music on weekends. The staff are really helpful and Khadijah always left the room spotlessly clean and she created beautiful artwork with the blanket, like swans and flowers and hearts, a true artist. The original room we stayed in before being upgraded was very old, dated, and felt a bit unclean because of the oldness of the bath etc. However it was still spacious and worth the price paid, no major problems but I would highly recommend spending more for the refurbished room. Also worth noting there is also only one hairdryer between the whole hotel. all in all I am very satisfied with my experience and grateful for an excellent stay! Shukran :)

When you come into the hotel it has a wonderful smell which instantly put me at ease. The sitting area is neat and well kept. The restaurant is known and simple to find so don’t worry about a taxi taking you here. The staff were smiley and very helpful. They were available at all times. I’d like to extend my thanks to Laila, who went above and beyond in her assistance. Sami, who went had a barrel of laughs with. And not to forget Mr Mansouri Hussain. The rooms are clean!!!! The bathrooms too - and all things work absolutely fine. It’s very worth the money. There was no pushing for us to purchase things, we had the option to pay for breakfast if we wanted it on that day. There is lovely place to sit outside the rooms and also a swimming pool area kept nice and neat. When you arrive, and you meet a staff member called Mr Mansouri Hussain, just know you’re in safe hands. The service we received was one of a kind. A genuine and kind person who we could go to regarding any questions we had about Tunisia and he was available at every turn. Not just this, he walked me to places where I was not sure about the location, all with a smile. Fantastic! To sum, this restaurant is not one to miss if you’re coming to Hammamet - the beach is walking distance, there is the medina nearby and plenty of things to walk to. You’ll be able to book your excursions here too.

The hotel was clean and comfortable (particularly the beds!). It was in an excellent location, close to shops and eateries and just a short walk away from the Medina. The staff were courteous and helpful. We stayed in off-season so it was extremely quiet (which suited us well) and we had the pool more or less to ourselves (though a lounger or two would have been nice). The breakfast was tasty: a mix of typical Tunisian savoury food and continental options (croissants, crepes etc.) so I think there would have been something for everyone. This hotel represented excellent value for money, and we would definitely go back.

This hotel is superb value for money! The hotel is situated in the older area of Hammamet, less touristy which suited us well. Hammamet beach as well as many tasty affordable restaurants are within walking distance. The coach station is nearby as well as using taxis allowed us to travel to the nearby cities and tourist sites. The room was spacious and modern. Air con worked perfectly. The rooftop bar and pool was a great place to relax with activities going on throughout our stay. Reception were friendly and helpful throughout. Cleaners were very good at their jobs.

I loved the close proximity to both the beach ( 2 minute walk) Fort ( 5 minute walk) the roof top pool, the outstanding staff and breakfast served from 7 to 10 am, at the weekend crepes were made to order. The room was cleaned every day, we were in the superior room which was lovely with a dressing area, seating area, and double bathroom. Air con was excellent as was the hot water in the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet even though it was on the main room. The hotel had a lovely garden area where you could have breakfast.
